“A company which behaves socially responsible it is a company that considers the interests of all involved parts (employees, customers, suppliers, institutions, social communities, etc.) while defining its strategy, identifying its principles and its day by day managing behaviors together with the impacts that its actions can reflect economically, socially and environmentally.
The purposes of the Integrated Management System come from the identification and analysis of all business processes, the continuous monitoring of quality, environmental and health and safety markers, continuing with the planning of resources and a coordinated-controlled process management.
Therefore, the company management undertakes the following:
- To establish an Integrated Management System on health, safety and environmental on its workplace which is appropriate to its own nature and entity and in compliance with the best available standards;
- To maintain specific quality standards and to pursue customer satisfaction;
- To comply with laws, environmental regulations and applicable standards, as well as the commitments freely undertaken within business associations presently joined or maybe joined in future;
- To keep under control the eventual noise of its plants, reducing to the maximum employees’ exposure and noise introduction towards the external;
- To prevent accidents and health-occupational diseases, to supervise and properly evaluate the efficiency of the Integrated Management System and constantly improving it;
- To control and reduce, whether possible, its production trash by employing products and materials with the lowest possible impact on environmental and health and in case, even recycled;
- To use chemicals at the lowest of their hazards and to check in any case its consumption;
- To adopt, while choosing packaging and consumables, environmental standards and to avoid energy and natural resources waste;
- To evaluate in advance new processes, technologies, activities and services. To consider in addition to financial aspects also quality, environmental, health and security topics;
- To ensure that all employees are sensible about the afore said commitments of the company, that are involved with its pursuing, that are well instructed and formed to adopt congruent behavior according to them;
- To adopt the best emergency prevention and control techniques and procedures;
- To introduce appropriate control and audit methods on the Integrated Management System;
- To periodically review the politic and the application of the Integrated Management System in order to evaluate its efficiency and accuracy
